This is Sogang University's.......................... backdoor. We were there for 5 days, and failed to take a photo of the front door! Unbelivable......

잡채를 만들어요

Another practical lesson, preparing 잡채. Look at our 잡채, 맛있어요! Here's the recipe

잡채 만드는 법 （杂菜 准备 法）

먼저 당면을 물에 넣어요. 그 다음에 소고기를 5mm로 썰고 설탕과 간장으로 양념하세요. 그리고 피망, 당근, 양파, 버섯을 5mm로 써세요. 팬에 식용유를 넣고 소고기를 볶은 다음에 야채를 볶아요.

물을 끓은 다음에 당면을 넣고 당면이 익으면 당면을 꺼내요. 당면을 참기름, 설탕, 간장으로 양념한 다음에, 소고기와 야채를 넣고 다시 섞어요.

수업로 게페에서 해요.

We had a "practical" lesson in the cafe opposite Sogang University, where every student was required to place their order in 한국말! Luckily the waiter was really patient with us, and our half-baked 한국말.

The lady in the centre is our young 말하기의선생님(이정란 선생님).귀여워요? :)

Taking subway is an everyday event. It takes about 20mins from Hyundai Residence to Sogang University at 신전.
